Start by choosing the product you’d like to customize. Place your order and get the order number. *Your order number will be needed when you submit your customization details.
After placing your order, visit our Customization page. Enter your order number, upload the photos you’d like to use, and provide your song details. *Please upload clear photos and make sure all song details are complete and accurate.
Review the design preview carefully before submitting it. Check that all photos, song details, text, and layout are correct. *If everything looks good, click Submit for creation.
After you submit your design, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp with the final design for confirmation within 12 hours. Please review the design carefully and approve it. This confirmation is required before we begin production.
Once you’ve approved the final design, we’ll begin crafting your personalized music product and ship it to you.
We will confirm the final design with you via WhatsApp.
Production will not begin until we receive your confirmation.
