How to Customize
Create Your Keepsake in Just a Few Simple Steps

Choose Your Product and Place Order
Choose the product you’d like to customize, then place your order.

Upload your Photos and Song List
After placing your order, visit the Customization page. Enter your order number, upload your photos, and provide your song details.

Review and submit
Carefully review the design to make sure all photos and song details are correct. If everything looks good, click “Submit” to confirm your design and proceed with production.

Confirm before production
We’ll confirm the final design with you via WhatsApp before production. Please note: We will not begin production until we receive your confirmation.

We Craft and Ship Your Frame
Once you’ve approved the final design, your personalized music frame will be carefully crafted and shipped to you.

Simply upload your photos and song list, and we’ll create your personalized frame.
The production process takes approximately 6–8 business days after your order is confirmed. Since each frame is handmade, orders are processed in the queue. This time does not include shipping.

Delivery usually takes 8–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Because each music frame is made to order, customized items are generally non-refundable if you change your mind or don't like the design.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
